My more abstract drawings I think have a strong look, with bold, dark strokes to represent my sensory experience. The first drawing tracks my bodily functions and feelings, whilst the second follows my emotional and psychological feelings and changes.

My observational drawing is very different to the previous drawings, using colour much more freely to recreate the textural form of my finger. I think that using coloured chalk led me to be more sparing with the colours used due to it being a harder material than charcoal, leading to a more considered and careful observation.
